Her dress had enough glitter for the black-tie event thanks to its asymmetrical satin design and rhinestone adornment<\/p>\n

At a press conference, Jeffery Carroll, the interim chief of the Metropolitan Police Department, stated that Allen \u201ccharged\u201d a Secret Service checkpoint and \u201cexchanged fire\u201d with law officials while carrying a shotgun, a handgun, and several knives.<\/p>\n

According to Carroll, authorities think Allen fired a shot based on \u201cpreliminary information.\u201d<\/p>\n
